The ab roller pro by BodyPro is an ab wheel with a user-friendly patented design. The new 2021 Pro model improves the effectiveness of ab exercises by engaging and strengthening muscles in the back, chest, arms, and core more effectively than standard ab rollers.

Distinguishing from traditional ab wheels, the ab roller wheel S550 includes a smart display screen that can display real-time workout data, including Time, Count, and Total Count.

Ab roller pro uses a patented spiral spring mechanism that provides smooth resistance as users roll out and stable assistance as they roll back, engaging muscles more thoroughly. The automatic rebound distance can achieve 91 inches which can be mastered by the end-user even if they are a beginner with abdominal exercise.

Most ab wheels feature flat wheels that only allow for rolling straight out and back. Features a wide, curved wheel that helps users engage all ab muscles, including oblique’s, by moving to the right and left, which helps to strengthen deep core muscles that stabilize the pelvis and spine. The angled, ergonomic handgrips maximize engagement of arm muscles and meanwhile remain comfortable and stable while exercising.

Still waiting for English instructions.

I can't give a review of the machine as I don't use it. I want to know the intricacies of using the bluetooth correctly with my Apple Health but the instructions are in simplified Chinese and not English. I called and asked for English instructions but have yet to hear back from the manufacturer.
