Bad service, not as described

There is no heat in this device, as described. Customer service doesn’t answer emails.

It turns out the electrical stimulation is so intense that it causes a burning sensation down your arms/legs because it shocks nerves. The electrical stimulation tenses muscles up so it inhibits myofacial release.
