The bands are varied in size and resistance as you can see. The variation is wide—from very weak to VERY strong in resistance. As a reference point, I can bench press 300 lbs.

The bands so far seem very high quality. the 5 different band sizes are the perfect range in size. The workout options with these are endless. This is the best investment in fitness equipment I have ever made. Also would like to note how fast it was shipped. I had them in two days from across the country and didn't pay any extra shipping. I would definitely buy from the company agin.
