With resistance band training, every part of the exercise has resistance, resulting in a better range of motion and better muscle fiber activation promoting muscle growth.

Yellow: 5-15 lbs., Red: 15-35 lbs., Black: 25-65 lbs., Purple: 35-85 lbs., Green: 50-125 lbs., Orange: 80-200 lbs., Gray: 90-230lbs. The amount of resistance may be adjusted by giving more or less slack on the bands.

Resistance band use

This item provides the resistance I needed for arm exercise. My cat uses a piece of it as a toy and to chew on.

This is a lifesaver

Very good product. I use this to stretch because I’m having issues with my sciatic. This allows me to stretch my hamstrings, and legs. I’m 6’3, 200lbs. Using this for stretches helps the pain tremendously.
